How to Create an A4 Invoice

Create a polished A4 invoice by choosing an industry template, entering supplier and client details, adding line items, and exporting the finished invoice as a print-ready PDF.

  2. Enter invoice number, dates, business details, client details, and GST or international tax information.

Invoice Total Formula

Line total = Quantity or Hours x Rate. Subtotal = sum of all line totals. In GST mode, SGST and CGST are calculated from the subtotal using the selected percentages. Grand Total = Subtotal + SGST + CGST.
