Refunds & cancellation
- 14-day refund window. Email support@zerokit.in within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll process a full refund — no questions on the first request.
- Cancel anytime.Use the customer portal link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us. Cancellation stops future charges; existing access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Lifetime refunds. Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days. After that window the purchase is non-refundable but remains transferable to a new email on request.
- Chargebacks. If something is wrong, please email us first. We respond within one business day and resolve almost everything by refund or account credit.
- Taxes. Lemon Squeezy applies the correct VAT, GST, or sales tax for your billing address at checkout, and is the merchant of record on your invoice.

- Is ZeroKit really free?
- Yes. Every tool on ZeroKit is free to use without signup. Pro adds quota for AI features, larger pastes, and removes ads — but the core toolkit stays free.
- How am I billed?
- Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. They handle payment, invoicing, and applicable VAT/GST. Your card statement will read LEMONSQUEEZY* ZEROKIT.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open the customer portal link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email support@zerokit.in. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — see the Refunds & cancellation section below. We refund within 14 days of purchase if Pro did not work for you.
- What payment methods are supported?
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay where supported), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all via Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout.
- Do you have a team plan?
